My perspective on the therapy room:
I see the therapy room as a place where time and space take on a different meaning, and the life of the mind reveals itself in all its complexity. Its simplicity and silence provide a setting for deep conversations, where the boundaries between the unconscious and conscious, and between inner and outer worlds, can open up. Unfinished stories, lost feelings, and unspoken matters come to the surface. Here, therapist and patient begin a shared journey toward discovering, understanding, and recreating the psyche: a renewed opportunity to listen, understand, and reconstruct the self.
