Negar Bastani
Child and adolescent psychotherapistMy perspective on the therapy room:
My therapeutic approach is shaped by Kleinian psychoanalysis, particularly in my work with children and adolescents. Drawing on concepts such as object relations, the paranoid-schizoid and depressive positions, and techniques such as play therapy and transference analysis, I seek a deeper understanding of my clients' inner worlds. My aim is to create a safe space where children and adolescents can identify and express their feelings and unconscious conflicts, moving toward repair, healthy psychological development, and more constructive interpersonal relationships.
